[CIS, SSRC] Anam Tiger × Sinchon Eagle: Envisioning the Future of Media Studies

On June 25, 2025, SUITE LAB hosted the 5th SUITE Forum of the year, bringing together media scholars from Korea University and Yonsei University for a timely and thought-provoking discussion on the future of media studies.
Titled “Anam Tiger × Sinchon Eagle: Envisioning the Future of Media Studies,” the forum symbolically captured the meeting of two academic traditions and their shared interest in shaping the next generation of media research and education.
Topics discussed included the challenges and opportunities of interdisciplinary media research, the role of graduate education in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem, and possibilities for sustained collaboration between the two institutions.
The forum reinforced the value of academic exchange and institutional partnership, highlighting a shared commitment to advancing media studies in both local and global contexts.
