Exploring audience responses to emerging communication technologies

My research focuses on audiences’ psychological and behavioral responses to machine-generated voices (AI voices), particularly in comparison with human voices. It examines how different levels of exposure to AI voices influence audience perception and acceptance, with particular attention to effective frequency and potential wear-out effects.

With nearly 30 years of experience as a media professional at leading advertising agencies, including Cheil Worldwide and Diamond Ogilvy Korea, my industry experience has led me to explore audience responses to emerging communication technologies.
