[CIS] New research fund for CIS

Professor Kim receives a new research fund for CIS. It is the Research Institute Program supported by the National Research Foundation (NRF) of Korea. This substantial grant, which spans from 2023 to 2029, aims to address personal, organizational, and social issues by developing intelligent information technology-based solutions for these challenges.
